A: Yes, samples are available, but samples fee and freight are customers’ account; After mass production order to be confirmed, the additional samples fee will be refund or deducted from your mass production order value .

A: 1) YiChi company has long-term cooperation fabric manufacturers to ensure high quality fabrics, leather and PU leather; For long-term cooperation customers, we can provide fabric sample books to you and you can choose preferred fabrics from them.
2) If you can't find the preferred fabrics from YiChi sample books, please send your fabric samples to Yichi Company; For a small quantity fabrics, we’ll try to find similar samples in the fabric market and send them to you for selection; For fabrics over 500 meters, we’ll try our best to customize them for you; (C.O.M)Customers offer fabrics are welcome.
3) The fabric provided by YiChi can be waterproof, oil-proof, anti-fouling and fire resistant treatment for your selection.

A: 1) Density of foam is usually used D28, D33 and D40 ; And different density foams in one product are used in proportion to reach ideal comfort.
2) We have fire resistant CAL117 and BS5852 for your selection.
3) Our foam will be not deformed in 3 years.

A: Starting from the date of shipment, the main structures will be maintained for 3 years. under normal use.

A: Normally the leading time is about 35-40 days after order & drawings confirmed and down-payment received, it is negotiable for different projects.

A: EXW, FOB, CIF are normally used in our company with different customer’s requirements.

A: 1)FCL by sea: Products will be wrap by EPE, edge protection, angle protection and 5 layers corrugated carton;
2)Air or LCL or courier or fragile cargo: products will be protected by EPE, edge protection, angle protection, 5 layers corrugated carton and wooden crate package.

A: 1)For the FOB terms: If it’s products problems, please take pictures and send the details to us, we will take responsibility accordingly if it’s our problems; If the products have been damaged during transportation from china to your destination, we’ll assist you to negotiate with the shipping agent and we suggest you can buy a freight insurance before transportation.
2)For the CIF terms: If our products have problems, please take pictures and send the details to us, we will take responsibility accordingly if it’s our problems; If the products have been damaged during transportation from china to your destination, we’ll negotiate with the shipping agent and insurance company.
3)For other conditions: we always work closely togther with our customers to resolve any doubts and issues which may occur.

A: Usually by T/T or L/C; 50% down-payment need be paid before providing shopping drawings and the rest need be paid after inspection& before the shipment, it is negotiable for different projects.
